The machine is delivered fully wired to the terminal block of the electrical cabinet. It must be connected from the terminal block to a 230 V 10 A 50 Hz electrical network.
The pneumatic system requires a minimum pressure of 6 bar. The connection is provided by a Ø8 mm pneumatic tube.
Before starting up, carry out a visual inspection of the integrity of the electrical pneumatic system to detect any damage caused by transport.
Electrical hazard
The connection to the electrical network must be made by a qualified person
Beware! Work on the electrical cabinets may only be carried out after the machine has been switched off using the padlockable main switch.
Beware! Please note that once the main switch has been turned off, the wiring to the terminal block remains live (marked wires).
Fixed and movable guards
The machine is equipped with fixed and movable guards to prevent access to the danger zone when the machine is operating in automatic mode.
Make sure that all the guards listed in the "Safety components" section have been installed.

Check that all guards are in place before operating the machine.
Once the machine is installed, check that the safety devices (emergency stop, locks, etc.) are working properly.
