Visual inspection

• General condition of the machine

  • Check for leaks (liquids, compressed air)
    

  • Check the condition of electrical, pneumatic and network connections, etc.
    

  • Check that all openings (doors, guards, etc.) can be properly opened and closed
    

  • No impact, wear or shocks on the external parts.

• SCARA

  • General condition check, absence of marks, impacts, wear..
    

  • Complete cleaning

• Storage

  • General condition check, absence of marks, impacts, wear..
    

  • Complete cleaning (bottom of the compartment, tray under the tools)

• Partition

  • Check the integrity of the wipers, cleaning and lubrication

  • General condition check, absence of marks, impacts, wear.

• Machining area

  • Check the integrity and tightness of the elastic fabric. Replace if necessary  (protective fabric or 018 276)

  • Check the connections of the probe magazine

  • Complete cleaning of the entire machining booth

• Pneumatic and microlubrication zone  

  • Check for leaks (liquids, compressed air)
    

  • Check the lubricant level

  • General condition check, absence of marks, impacts, wear..
    

  • Complete cleaning
    

• Chip recovery and lubrication area

  • Check for leaks (liquids, compressed air)
    

  • Check the level and condition of the lubricant

  • Check the integrity and cleanliness of the filter bag, replace if necessary.

  • General condition check, absence of marks, impacts, wear..
    

  • Complete cleaning
    

Functional test

• Functional testing of all safety components 

  • Emergency stops (remote control and machine front)

  • Interlocking (NC door and magazine gate)

  • Partition position sensors

• Functional tests in all operating modes and all stop modes..

  • Spindle noise, temperature and current control
